When Every Moment Counts

There are a great many changes happening in my personal life. I think by now it is obvious that there are a great many changes happening in our world. Our food is changing. Our skies are not as they were in years past. Our weather and climate are changing. Our financial realities are different. Cell phone and internet use, programs on TV and in the movie theaters are quite different than they have been in previous decades. Time itself is changing, as there seems to be more to do every day and less time with which to do it.

We are rapidly experiencing energetic shifts in all aspects of life on Earth, and our minds, bodies and emotions are rapidly working to adjust to these changes. How, then, do we manage to stay present and maintain a balanced state of being?

Nature shows us how life functions when every moment counts. Bring the best of yourself forward in every given circumstance, without exception. Self observation and personal discipline may be necessary to develop this skill. We can learn to choose the most integral option of response as we face our daily challenges. As our world ascends in energy and consciousness, so are we enabled and empowered to do the same. This is an energetic calling that rises forth from the center of our being, inspired by the creative force that is powering all the changes on Earth. Our bodies and minds are changing just as rapidly. It can be no other way because we are truly one with nature. We may not have integrated the full awareness of this reality yet, but be assured that our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves are engaged in a radical and mighty process of evolution.

These are extraordinary times when extraordinary things are happening all around us. I propose that it is an extraordinary opportunity for choosing to be extraordinary in our own persons, and by claiming the support that is available to upgrade the quality of contribution to life in every moment.

Even change itself is coming in new ways, not as a repetition of the old ways of doing things. I believe we are being encouraged to think, speak and act in new ways -- to live as if every moment counts, because it does.
